Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Classes & Personal Training sessions must be paid for and scheduled in order to confirm your appointment. It’s always recommended to begin with just a single class or session to make sure you like it before moving ahead. Any unused sessions will not be refunded. If you have questions before you commit, please email us: info@studiohustlelouisville.com

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Classes & Personal Training sessions must be cancelled more than 12 hours before they are scheduled in order to be able to keep and reschedule them. If you cancel sooner than that, it results in the cost of that session as we’ve held it for you and cannot refill it on short notice.

PARKING:

The 6 spaces in front of our brick building are our parking spaces. We have an additional space to the left of the building. For early morning & late evening appointments, there may be extra parking space around our building, but please don’t park in front of any other business that’s open. Parking is limited in St. Matthews & business has been hard this past year, so please be considerate of our neighbors. Thank you!

FACILITIES:

For early morning classes and sessions that occur before 12:00pm, we lock the front glass doors right at class/session time to begin exactly on time. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early (and make time for traffic lights or train track crossings) to make sure you’re not locked out! You can always call/text your trainer to make them aware if you get caught, but they may not always see it if class is already in session.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is imperative that you let us know of any past/present injuries or health issues as this directs our programming for your workouts. Having asthma or high blood pressure means some exercises or positions may not be great for you. We can offer many variations, modifications, or different exercises in place of something that may exacerbate a physical or emotional issue you may have. The more we know about any health issues or medications you may be on, the better service we can provide for you. All your information will stay private.
