This free 90 minute workshop is for local runners looking to increase their performance while decreasing their risk of injury.
Led by studio owner and TRX Master Instructor Ami McMullen & physical therapist Dr. Julie Sergent of Sergent Wellness, this series will discuss the most common injuries runners face and ways to help guard against them. Discussing anatomy, proper warm up, joint mobilization and strength work specifically for running, you’ll walk away equipped to take your training to the next level.
Please wear clothes you can move in and be aware we’ll be moving both barefoot and in shoes.
